Pewaukee, WI – 2017 –In the year of 2017, the company announce two major acquisitions.
The Company acquired AG Industries/Winkler Blast Gates LLC a metal fabrication business that manufactures blast gates, ball joints, nozzles and custom metal products. The acquisition complements TOTAL Mechanical’s commercial and industrial shop fabrication capabilities.
The Company plans to relocate its existing commercial and industrial shop fabrication division to 7100 W. Calumet Rd. Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The new AGI Fabricators team will combine former AG Industries employees as well as several TOTAL Mechanical employees who will serve commercial and industrial customers throughout Wisconsin and all of North America (including the US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico).
The second acquisition in 2017 is Tri-Cor Mechanical, LLC. Tri-Cor was originally established in 1977 and is in Janesville Wisconsin.
This marks the sixth major acquisition for TOTAL Mechanical since 2002. The acquisition of Tri-Cor enables TOTAL Mechanical to expand their geographical footprint with an established, experienced group of professionals. TOTAL Mechanical, headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, is privately-owned by Dennis J. Braun, President and CEO. “We are excited about this opportunity to expand our capabilities through these acquisitions,” Braun said.
